Ken Wilcox, Chairman of Silicon Valley Bank, will be joining us for a panel discussion. Ken moved to Shanghai three months ago to head up Silicon Valley Bank’s creation of a joint venture bank with Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co. Ltd.
