Actually, Bing told me that he was thinking about making stroopwafels as well. Think that could work, but as an entrepreneur it’s probably better to focus on one product to get started.

The variaty of Bing’s icecream does not sound so Dutch tho. If he could make the icecream with tyical Dutch cookies, like stroopwafels, that would make the Dutch identity a lot stronger and more appealing! Seriously, why is Holland not so hot on exporting stroopwafels? It is so far loved by people from many nations but only to be discovered when physically IN Holland. Bing, maybe you could also have nice ideas about it?

I admire his entrepreneurship, though I think the icecream is a bit expensive, but perhaps it’s acceptable for the location. Besides, he seems to target richer people with his English signs. Perhaps he found a good niche market!
